02 — The Discovery Call
A relaxed chat to get to know you both — your vibe, what matters most about your day, and a chance to ask me anything. No pitch, no pressure.
03 — Booking
A signed contract and £250 deposit locks your date in the diary. Simple, straightforward, sorted.
04 — Pre-Wedding Check-In
About six weeks out, you'll fill in a questionnaire and we'll jump on a call to go through the timeline and lock everything in.
05 — The Wedding Day
I'll be there from getting ready through to the first dance, blending in and capturing everything as it naturally unfolds.
06 — Delivery
Your trailer lands first, then your full film is delivered on a beautiful online gallery — ready to watch and share whenever the mood takes you.

Wotton House
Wotton House is a wedding venue that will take your breath away as soon as you enter its Grade II listed Italian Gardens. These gardens provide a perfect backdrop for an outdoor ceremony amongst the botanicals.
If it rains, not a problem — you can still have your ceremony in The Old Library, with high vaulted ceilings and 17th-century pillars. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ceremony space with more personality than this.
With large spaces for reception drinks and dancing the night away, I always love filming here and can’t wait to go back!

Millbridge Court
Millbridge Court sits on the Surrey–Hampshire border. It gives you that charming barn wedding vibe, but with its expansive windows and airy interior, it adds a modern touch to the classic barn experience. The venue feels intimate with everything in one place, yet it’s spacious enough for weddings of all sizes.
The outdoor ceremony space is a stunning spot to exchange vows and doubles as a beautiful backdrop for group photos and couple portraits. The wedding breakfast room is bright and open, so you won’t be left in a dimly lit barn.
The getting ready room is generously sized, filled with natural light and plenty of mirrors. Plus, there’s a clever one-way window overlooking the ceremony area, so you can sneak a peek as your guests arrive!

Bury Court Barn
Bury Court Barn is one of my favourite venues because it offers everything you could possibly need from a barn venue. There are huge indoor spaces for your wedding breakfast or rainy days, and the gardens and outdoor areas are perfect for reception drinks, evenings or an outdoor ceremony.
Many venues these days offer just one room for everything, but at Bury Court Barn you can take your guests on a journey. The gardens are jaw-dropping for spring and summer weddings, and there’s still so much space on rainy days or for winter weddings.
All of this, topped with an incredible sunset spot (message me to find out where!), makes this a venue I’d return to again and again.

How much does a Surrey wedding videographer cost?
Our wedding videography packages start at £2,499, but you’re able to customise your options with longer film lengths and coverage.
How far in advance should we book a wedding videographer?
It’s best to book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season. This ensures availability and allows me to book travel with less friction.
Do you travel internationally for weddings?
Yes! We absolutely love travelling to capture wedding stories. We film weddings in Europe and internationally — visit our Destination Weddings page for more info.
What are the best wedding venues in Surrey?
Some of our favourite venues in Surrey include Millbridge Court for that modern barn feel, Wotton House for the epic gardens, or Bury Court Barn for a perfect fusion of both.
Travel and Logistics -
Is there any extra travel cost to pay?
We cover weddings up to around 2 hours from our base in Hampshire, which includes all of Surrey. After that, we usually require a hotel stay for a minimum of 1 night to minimise the risk of getting stuck in traffic or driving tired.
When do you leave and arrive for a wedding?
We usually arrive 3 hours before the ceremony to capture lots of the getting ready bits. We’ll then stick around after your first dance for that first wave of dancing, before leaving you to enjoy your party!
Videography and Editing -
Do you use drone footage for Surrey weddings?
Absolutely! I love using drone footage to showcase the beauty of your wedding location. As long as conditions allow — both legally and weather-wise — I’ll include stunning aerial shots to add an extra touch to your wedding film.
How do you incorporate the ceremony & speeches into the film?
We have a strong emphasis on storytelling in our films, so we use the ceremony and speeches as a thread throughout, including bits in the background of the film to tell the story of you and your day. See our portfolio for some great examples.
Will we receive raw footage from our wedding?
Raw footage isn’t included in our standard packages, but if you opt for a ‘keepsake edit’, you’ll receive all your unedited footage, just as it was captured on the day.

How do we book you for our wedding videography?

2. We’ll schedule a call to get to know each other and discuss your vision.
3. A signed contract and £250 deposit will secure your booking.
When will payments be due?
After the £250 deposit, half the remaining balance is due 6 months before the wedding and half is due 1 month before the big day.
